Solvent free flexible polyurethane wear course
Gripdeck Wearcoat is a two-part, solvent free, flexible polyurethane wearing course formulated for easy application by squeegee, roller or brush onto an
aggregate blinded surface.
Gripdeck Wearcoat is designed to give excellent abrasion and non-slip characteristics when combined with Quartz or Gripdeck Aggregate.
Gripdeck Wearcoat is primarily designed for use in car parks and offers excellent chemical resistance against petrol, battery acids, diesel, brake fluids, de-icing salts, etc.
The coverage obtained will vary depending on the type and size of Aggregate used.
As a guide, the coverage should be a minimum of 0.8Kg per m² on a Quartz Aggregate blind.
1.2Kg per m² on a Gripdeck Aggregate blind.
5kg and 15kg pack sizes comprising resin base and hardener components.
Store under dry warehouse conditions at a temperature between 15°C and 30°C.
12 months in unopened, undamaged, sealed containers and stored under good conditions.
