Cemairin Block E65 is a liquid concrete admixture formulated from selected organic materials specially designed to provide high levels of efflorescence control for the concrete hardscape industry, and to enhance the quality and appearance segmental wall units and concrete pavers.
Cemairin Block E65 is used to provide high levels of efflorescence control for the efficient production of concrete pavers and segmental retaining wall units (SRW).
Cemairin Block E65 can also be used for other manufactured concrete products such as architectural concrete masonry units and concrete bricks.
Cemairin Block E65 is available in 5 gal (19 litre) containers as well as 275 gal (1,041 litre) and 330 gal (1,249 litre) IBC totes. Bulk supply in tanker trucks is also available upon request.
The guidance dosage of Cemairin Block E65 is 3 - 35 fl oz/100 Ib (195 - 2280 ml/100 kg) of cement or cementitious materials in the mix including GGBFS, PFA or micro-silica.
Representative trials should be first conducted to determine the optimum dosage of Cemairin Block E65 to meet the performance requirements by using the materials and conditions in actual use.
