Description
Donplast SR200 is a shrinkage reducing admixture specially formulated from selected polymers to provide a significant reduction in both drying shrinkage and the number of harmful cracks.
Applications
- Floors and foundations.
- Silos.
- Concrete pipes.
- Walls.
- Watertight construction (i.e. water tanks, swimming pools, etc.).
- Underground construction.
Packaging
Donplast SR200 is available in 5 gal (19 litre) containers as well as 275 gal (1,041 litre) and 330 gal (1,249 litre) IBC totes. Bulk supply in tanker trucks is also available upon request.
Dosage
Depending on the application, the dosage of Donplast SR200 varies from 0.5 to 2.0% of the cement or cementitious materials in the mix including GGBFS, PFA or micro-silica.
For production of a normal flooring concrete, the recommended dosage is approximately 1.0%. Optimum effect is obtained when Donplast SR200 is added together with the mixing water.
