Donseal AS111 is a universal one-part acetoxy cure silicone sealant, which cures rapidly on exposure to moisture to form a resilient elastic silicone rubber.

Advantages

UV resistant.
Mould resistance.
Non-sag sealant.
Easy to apply, one component sealant.
Long service life with stable colour.
Remains flexible at wide temperature range.
Excellent adhesion strength to non-porous substrates such as aluminum, glass, ceramic etc.

Applications

Recommended for use in sanitary applications, sealing wall joints formed in ceramic tiles in bathrooms and kitchens, perimeter joints around uPVC frames as well as general industrial sealing.

Packaging

Donseal AS111 is available in 280 ml cartridges. Polyethylene nozzles are included in each box.

Storage

Donseal AS111 has a shelf life of 9 months from date of manufacture if stored in original unopened packages stored in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.

Donseal AS111 complies with:

BS EN ISO 11600 F25 LM.
ASTM C920, Type S, Grade NS, Class 25, Use G, A, O and NT.
