Flocrete Antifreeze A provides the following properties:

• Increased frost resistance; highly effective at low temperatures.
• Improved workability without increased water.
• Reduction in water without loss of workability.
• Improved strengths.
• Can be used as a sole additive to achieve required concrete performance at very low temperatures.
• Chloride free - does not attack reinforcement.
• Very low freezing point.

Flocrete Antifreeze A is suitable for use in cold conditions such as:

• Slight daytime frost.
• Expected overnight frost.
• Expected cold period.

Flocrete Antifreeze A is available in 20 kg packs and 250 kg drums.

Store in dry conditions. Flocrete Antifreeze A has a minimum shelf life of 12 months if stored properly in its original unopened packing.

Dose at a rate of 1 – 2 kg/ 100 kg cement.
Exact quantity is determined by external temperature.
Dosages outside the typical ranges quoted above can be used to meet particular requirements.

Flocrete Antifreeze A complies with the following specifications:

• EN 934-2.
• BS 5075.
• ASTM C494, Type C and E.
