Cemairin F300
Foaming agent for lightweight concrete
Cemairin F300 is a liquid foaming agent used to produce light weight foam concrete. Cemairin F300 should be used with appropriate foam generator to produce consistent Pre-foam which when mixed with cement only or with sand/cement mortar will produce light weight mixes with densities between 300 – 1500 kg/ m³.

Light weight concrete produced with the aid of Cemairin F300 is typically used in the following applications:
- Roof thermal insulation.
- Under-floor heat insulation.
- Light weight block.
- Void filling.
- Trench reinstatement.
Cemairin F300 is available in 25 litres pails, 210 litres drums and 1000 litres bulks supply.
Cemairin F300 shelf life is 12 months if stored at temperatures between 2°C and 50°C.
The guidance dosage of Cemairin F300 is 0.8 - 2.0 litres/m³ of foamed concrete. The exact dosage depends upon the required final dry density. The optimum dosage of Cemairin F300 to achieve the desired dry density should always determined by site trials.
