Flocrete® Antifreeze 100
Set accelerating and antifreeze admixture for concrete poured at low temperatures
Flocrete Antifreeze 100 is a multi-component concrete additive in liquid form for producing high quality concrete at
very low temperatures. Flocrete Antifreeze 100 is chloride free.
Flocrete Antifreeze 100 provides for the following:
- Improved workability without increased water content.
- Increased frost resistance.
- Improved early and long term strengths.
- Chloride free - does not attack reinforcement.
Flocrete Antifreeze 100 is recommended for use in conditions such as:
- Concrete casting at low temperatures.
- To obtain concrete with incrased initial strength, or to achieve rapid hardening concrete.
Flocrete Antifreeze 100 is available in 1000 litres containers.
Store in dry conditions. Flocrete Antifreeze 100 has a minimum shelf life of 12 months if stored properly in its original unopened packing at temperature between 2oC and 30oC.
Dosage of Flocrete Antifreeze 100 will vary depending on cement content and outside temperature. Required dosage should be determined for each case.
Typical dosage is between 0.5 - 2 kg per 100 kg of cement content. Dosages outside the typical range given above
may be used to meet particular requirements.
Flocrete Antifreeze 100 complies with ASTM C 494 standard, Type C and E, BS 5075 and SR EN 934-2, Table 6.
