Grinding aid to reduce grinding energy and to enhance cement early and late strength
Cemamil G340 is a liquid additive formulated from selected polymers, designed to serve as both a grinding aid and a pack set inhibitor in cement production. Cemamil G340 is specially designed to enhance the early and late strength of cement.

Cemamil G340 has been formulated as a cement grinding aid and strength improvement additive for the cement production process. It is suitable for use in various milling methods, including Ball Mills, Vertical Mills, and others.
Cemamil G340 is available in 210 litre drums and 1000 litre tanks or in bulk delivery trucks.
Cemamil G340 has a shelf life of 12 months from date of manufacture if stored in unopened containers, at temperatures above 5oC.
The recommended dosage of Cemamil G340 is 0.02 - 0.10% of cement weight (0.2 kg - 1.0 kg per ton of cement).
Laboratory trials and cement mills trials should be conducted to determine the optimum dosage of Cemamil G340 to meet the performance requirements by using the materials and conditions in actual use.
