DonFiber AC-M
High-performance micro monofilament acrylic fibers
DonFiber AC-M is a micro monofilament acrylic fiber reinforcement, specifically designed for use in cementitious mixes. It reinforces the concrete mechanically by fiber network coated with mortar.
The monofilament cut of DonFiber AC-M provides instant dispersion and easy distribution throughout the cementitious mix.
The inclusion of DonFiber AC-M within a concrete mix or cementitious mixes will reduce and control plastic shrinkage cracks and early age cracks.

DonFiber AC-M is ideally designed to decrease the plastic shrinkage cracking and plastic settlement cracking in the following applications:

- Industrial and residential floors.
The standard pack of Donfiber AC-M is 0.50 lb (225 g) degradable paper bags. The bags are packed into cardboard boxes, each box contains 50 bags and each pallet holds 30 boxes.
Other packaging is available upon request.
Store in original unopened packaging in dry and shaded areas protected from moisture, rain and direct sunlight.
Dosage of DonFiber AC-M will vary depending on the area of application and the required properties of concrete mixes. Typical Dosage is between 0.50 – 1.00 lb/yd³ (0.30 – 0.60 kg/m³) of concrete.
DonFiber AC-M complies with the requirements of ASTM C1116, Type III.
