Donplast AC77
Water reducing and accelerator admixture
Donplast AC77 is a multi-component, high performance concrete additive in liquid form for producing high quality
concrete at very low temperatures. Donplast AC77 is chloride free.
Donplast AC77 promotes early strength development without negatively influencing final strengths.
Donplast AC77 provides for the following:
- Improved workability without increased water content.
- High reduction in water without loss of workability.
- Increased frost resistance.
- Improved early and long term strengths.
- Chloride free - does not attack reinforcement.
Donplast AC77 is recommended for use in conditions such as:
- Precast concrete.
- Concrete casting at low temperatures.
- Expected overnight frost.
- Early concrete strength requirements.
- High strength concrete.
- Can be used as a sole additive to achieve required concrete performance at very low temperatures.
Donplast AC77 is available in 25 llitre pails, 210 litre drums, and 1000 litre bulks supply.
Store in dry conditions. Donplast AC77 has a minimum shelf life of 12 months from date of manufacture if stored
properly in its original unopened packing.
Dosage of Donplast AC77 will vary depending on cement content and outside temperature. Required dosage should
be determined for each case.
Typical dosage is between 1 - 2% of cement content. Dosages outside the typical range given above may be used to meet particular requirements.
