Flocrete CF
Cold weather concreting admixture
Flocrete CF is a concrete additive in liquid form for producing high quality concrete at very low temperatures. Flocrete CF is chloride free.
Flocrete CF provides for the following:
- Increased frost resistance.
- Improved early and long term strengths.
- Chloride free - does not attack reinforcement.
Flocrete CF is recommended for use in conditions such as:
- Concrete casting at low temperatures.
- Expected overnight frost.
- Early concrete strength requirements.
- High strength concrete.
Flocrete CF is available in 20 and 50 litre drums, 250 kg drums, and 1000 litre bulk supply.
Flocrete CF has a shelf life of 12 months from date of manufacture if stored in dry conditions in its original unopened packing.
Dosage of Flocrete CF will vary depending on cement content and outside temperature. Required dosage should be determined for each case.
Typical dosage is between 1 - 2 litre per 100 kg of cement content. Dosages outside the typical range given above may be used to meet particular requirements.
Flocrete CF complies with the following specifications:
- N 934-2.
- BS 5075.
- ASTM C494, Type C.
