Hyperplast ES250W
Premium quality plasticising admixture for concrete masonry products
Hyperplast ES250W is a chloride free, premium quality high range water reducing admixture based on polycarboxylic polymers with selective additives which are especially formulated for factory-line concrete production such as concrete blocks and bricks.
Hyperplast ES250W can significantly assist in the production of a more uniform and consistent quality mixes in factory-line concrete products, it can be also used for light weight concrete production.

Hyperplast ES250W can be successfully used in the following applications:

Hyperplast ES250W is available in 25 litre jerrycan, 210 litre drums and 1000 litre bulks supply.
Hyperplast ES250W has a shelf life of 12 months from date of manufacturing if stored at temperatures between 2°C and 50°C.
The recommended dosage of Hyperplast ES250W is 0.5 - 3.5 litre per 100 kg of cement or cementiotous materials in the mix including GGBFS, PFA or micro-silica.
Representative trials should be first conducted to determine the optimum dosage of Hyperplast ES250W to meet the performance requirements by using the materials and conditions in actual use.
Hyperplast ES250W complies with IS 9103:1999 and ASTM C494 as Type A and F, depending on dosage used.
