Repcoat S100
Solvent based high performance aliphatic acrylate protective coating
Repcoat S100 is ready for use, single component, aliphatic acrylate coating for external and internal use over variety of concrete and masonry substrates. The system also includes an under coat of a silane-siloxane base which when used with Repcoat S100 will provide maximum protection against chloride ingress and carbon dioxide diffusion.
Repcoat S100 Primer is a penetrating hydrophobic silanesiloxane base which when applied will react with concrete and masonry producing a clear hydrophobic barrier that prevent the passage of water and hence protect exposed reinforced concrete structures from attack by chloride ions.
- Dual protective system, will form an Excellent Protective barrier against chloride ions, carbon dioxide and water borne.

Repcoat S100 is an excellent protective and decorative fair face coating which can be used for many applications including:

Repcoat S100 Primer: 0.2 litre/m² per coat.
Repcoat S100: 0.15 litre/m² per coat.
Repeat S100 is available in 20 litre drums (24.8 kg).
Repcoat S100 Primer is available in 20 and 200 litre drums.
Repcoat S100 and Repcoat S100 Primer should be stored under cover at an ambient temperature range of 10°C and 25°C.
Repcoat S100 has a shelf life of 9 months from date of manufacture if stored in proper conditions and sealed drums.
