The Kaheel Project, located in the Al Sedra neighborhood of Riyadh, is an exceptional residential development consisting of 1,492 modern units that offer a high standard of living. The foundation pour for this ambitious project was no ordinary task.

The process took 72 hours of nonstop work. It aimed to set the Guinness World Record for the largest concrete pour. This mega-task posed a series of logistical challenges, including time-sensitive concrete delivery, location constraints, and the coordination of multiple concrete suppliers.

Overcoming Challenges with DCP's Expertise

DCP was instrumental in overcoming these hurdles by providing its high-performance super plasticizing admixtures: Hyperplast PC313M, Hyperplast PC318, and Flocrete RPC20.

Used in nearly 50% of concrete, these admixtures ensured workability, slump retention, and strength during the 72-hour continuous pour. Despite time sensitivity and logistical hurdles, DCP’s solutions maintained concrete performance, enabling a seamless and uninterrupted record-breaking pour.
