Neutral cure silicone sealant (Formerly known as Aylaseal 196)
Flexseal NS196 is a one-part Low Modulus neutral cure silicone sealant, which cures on exposure to moisture vapour to provide a waterproof, long lasting mold and mildew resistant sealant that will not shrink, crack or yellow over time.
Flexseal NS196 adheres to most common kitchen and bath materials including glass, granite, ceramic and porcelain tile, natural stone, concrete, cement board,aluminumm, hard PVC, painted surfaces, wood and different metal finishes such as bronze, nickel and chrome.

25 x 280 ml plastic cartridges. Polyethylene nozzles are included in each box.
Flexseal NS196 has a shelf life of 9 months from date of manufacture if stored in original unopened packages stored in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight (at temperatures below 30⁰C).
Flexseal NS196 complies with:
- STM C920, Type S, Grade NS, Class 25, Use T, NT, I, M,G, A and O.
- BS EN ISO11600, F25 LM.
- BS 5889, Type A:1989.
