Repcoat PU1
High performance one component polyurethane based protective coating
Repcoat PU1 is a high quality UV resistant polyurethane coating. It is supplied as one component product ready for use. Repcoat PU1 can be applied externally and internally to concrete and asphalt surfaces.
Repcoat PU1 will provide maximum protection to a variety of surfaces exposed to aggressive environments as in light industrial areas.

- Excellent adhesion to all types of new (28 days) and old concrete.
Repcoat PU1 is designed for external and internal application areas such as:
- Roads, motor ways and run ways.
- Car parks, playground and tennis court topping.
- Concrete surfaces, asphalt and tarmac.
Repcoat PU1 approximately 6 - 7 m²/ltr per 100 microns coat.
Repcoat PU1 Primer 7 - 10 m²/ltr to give 40 - 70 microns dry film thickness.
Repcoat PU1 is available in 5 litre packs and 18 litre packs.
Repcoat PU1 Primer is available in 5 kg packs (3.45 litre).
Repcoat PU1 has a shelf life of 12 months from date of manufacture if stored in dry conditions at a temperature of 25°C in original unopened Packs.
