Cemfix BCA
Lightweight block thin laying cementitious mortar
Cemfix BCA is a ready mixed thin laying cementitious mortar specially designed to fix autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) blocks internally and externally.
Cemfix BCA composed of blend of cement, well graded aggregate and special polymers that when mixed with water produced a thixotropic mortar with improved open time and weather resistance to be applied at thicknesses up to 5 mm.
- Provides excellent adhesion strength.
- Ready for use, just requires the addition of water.

- Non sag, can be used for vertical and horizontal surfaces.
Cemfix BCA is available in 25 kg bags.
Cemfix BCA has a shelf life of 12 months from date of manufacture if stored at temperatures between 2°C and 40°C in original unopened bags.
Approximately 5.3 m² per 25 kg bag for 60 x 30 x 25 cm blocks and 3.8 m² per 25 kg bag for 60 x 20 x 25 cm blocks @ 3 mm thickness.
Cemfix BCA complies with EN 998-2 as a thin layer masonry mortar (T).
