Flocrete RP63 is formulated from special selected polymers specially designed to enable the water content from concrete to perform more effectively.
This effect can be used to improve workability, to increase the final resistance of concrete or to facilitate the reduction of cement content from concrete receipt.
Flocrete RP63 has retarding property and this effect can be used to overcome transportation delay problems and where long setting time is requested

Flocrete RP63 is available in 1000 litre bulks supply.
Flocrete RP63 has a shelf life of 12 months from date of manufacture if stored at temperatures between 2°C and 30°C.
The guidance dosage of Flocrete RP63 is between 0.3 - 0.8 kg per 100 kg of cementitious materials in the mix, including GGBFS, PFA and microsilica.
Representative trials should be conducted to determine the optimum dosage of Flocrete RP63 to meet the performance requirements by using the materials and conditions in actual use
Flocrete RP63 complies with SR EN 934-2, ASTM C494, Type B & D and BS 5075, Part 1.
