Cemflow TS200 is a pre-bagged trowel applied cementitious screed for use as a leveling mortar and medium duty base underlayment. The product consists of well graded sand particles, a blend of cements, additive and fibres to ensure ease of use and produce consistent quality screed.
- Pre-mixed and only requires the addition of water.
- Elimination of manual labor quality problems resulting from onsite screed proportioning.
- Saves storage space of screed mixing raw materials (sand, cement).
- Reducing dust and material loss resulting from open storage of screed raw materials.

Cemflow TS200 is formulated for use as a basic screed and trowel applied leveling mortar for applications such as:
- Floor leveling prior to tiling works.
- Repair of breakage caused by mechanical and electrical fittings installations or maintenance.
- Repair of damaged plaster.
- Topping over heated flooring conduits.
- Can be installed over hard wood, metal surfaces as a base layer.
Approximately 20 kg per m² @ 10 mm thickness.
Cemflow TS200 is available in 25 and 50 kg bags.
Store under a dry shaded area on a flat, clean and sound surface, preferably wooden, plastic pallets or similar.
Cemflow TS200 has a shelf life of 12 months from date of manufacture if stored in original unopened bags.
Cemflow TS200 complies with EN 13813, Class CT-C25-F6.
