Flexprime WD
Water based epoxy primer for asphalt substrates
Flexprime WD is a high performance two-component, water based, epoxy resin primer, designed to improve the adhesion between polyurethane and polysulfide sealants with the most common porous and nonporous construction substrates such as concrete, asphalt.

Flexprime WD is used as primer for Flexseal range of polyurethane and polysulfide sealants, suitable for absorbent and non-absorbent surfaces such as concrete, asphalt, and other substrates.
The coverage rate is 15 - 30 m²/5 kg pack per coat depending on the substrate porosity to achieve dry film thickness of 65 - 130 microns per coat.
Multi-layers can be applied over highly porous substrates, the second layer can be applied as soon as the first coat has initially dried and at a right angle to the first layer.
Flexprime WD is available in 5 and 20 kg packs.
Store in a dry area out of direct sunlight at temperatures between 5°C and 35°C.
Flexprime WD has a shelf life of 12 months from date of manufacture if stored in proper conditions and unopened packs.
