Flocrete BLK15
Plasticizing admixture for concrete masonry products with minimal effect on concrete colour
Flocrete BLK15 is a chloride free ready to use plasticizing liquid admixture used to produce concrete block, pipe, roofing tiles, concrete brick and pavers.
Flocrete BLK15 disperses the fine particles in the concrete mix, enabling the water content of the concrete to perform more effectively and improving the consistency of the concrete.
Flocrete BLK15 will produce more defined edges and disperse integral colors evenly and does not contain any added chlorides that would promote the corrosion of steel.

Flocrete BLK15 is ideally designed for use in the following applications:

Flocrete BLK15 is available in 25 litres jerrycan, 210 litres drums and 1000 litres bulks supply.
Flocrete BLK15 has a shelf life of 12 months from date of manufacture if stored at temperatures between 2°C and 50°C.
The recommended dosage of Flocrete BLK15 is 0.5 to 4.5 liter per 100 kg of cementitious materials in the mix, including GGBFS, PFA or microsilica.
Trials should be conducted to determine the optimum dosage of Flocrete BLK15 to meet the performance requirements by using the materials and conditions in actual use.
