Monoseal EX
High performance, high solid acrylic based floor and wall sealer
Monoseal EX is a high performance high solid floor and wall sealer, dust-proofer and curing compound based on solvent borne acrylic resin.
The high solid content in Monoseal EX makes it ideally suitable to provide a highly durable sealing layer over decorative plasters, masonry surfaces, stamped concrete and concrete floors in light to medium duty trafficable areas at indoor and outdoor areas.
Monoseal EX is also used as a curing compound for freshly placed concrete to retain sufficient moisture to ensure full hydration of the cement while providing excellent adhesion to a variety of plasters and coatings.
Monoseal EX used as 'look enhancer' of natural stone and decorative plasters and coatings.

Note: It is advisable to avoid overspreading of Monoseal EX on substrates.
Monoseal EX is available in 5, 25 and 200 litre drums.
Store in a dry area out of direct sunlight at temperatures between 5°C and 35°C.
Monoseal EX has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture if stored in proper conditions and unopened packs.
- Monoseal EX complies with ASTM C309, Type I, Class A and B, and ASTM C1315, Type I, Class A.
