Strongcoat EP Screed
Two-component epoxy binder for creating stone carpet systems
Strongcoat EP Screed is a two-component, solvent-free, epoxy binder with water permeability properties designed for creating stone carpet systems.
The system provides a wide variety of finishes which are dependent on the type, colour and size of the used aggregates along with their mixing proportion with the resin. The system can be applied at 5 - 50 mm thickness based on the size of aggregate used.

- May be used for outdoor applications. Strongcoat EP Screed may yellow under UV exposure; however, this may be minimal depending on the colour of the aggregates used.

The actual coverage rate of Strongcoat EP Screed depends on the size of the aggregate and the mixing proportion between the resin and aggregate.
However, the approximate coverage rate of the mixed product is 8.25 kg/m2 at 5 mm thickness.
Strongcoat EP Screed (neat resin) is available in 5 kg packs
Strongcoat EP Screed has a shelf life of 12 months from date of manufacturing if stored in dry conditions at a temperature of 25oC in original unopened packs.
