Cemflow Level Latex
Rapid-setting, smooth finish floor leveling underlayment (formerly known as Cemflow Don Level Latex)
Cemflow Level Latex is a two component, mids trength leveling underlayment, comprising a powdered mixture of cements, selected fillers, and additives, along with a pre-measured polymer liquid.

Cemflow Level Latex is ideal for interior residential and commercial projects, suitable for smoothing and leveling subfloors from 2 to 12 mm thickness. It offers moisture tolerance, making it suitable for environments susceptible to moisture.
For a 24 kg kit, the following coverage rates apply:
Approximately 3.2 m² at 4 mm thickness.
Approximately 0.8 m² at 15 mm thickness.
Cemflow Level Latex is available in 24 kg kits.
Powder: Store in a dry location with temperatures maintained between 10°C and 30°C.
Liquid: Store in a cool, shaded area away from direct sunlight, ensuring temperatures remain above 10°C consistently. Exposure to freezing conditions may compromise the performance of the product.
Cemflow Level Latex has a shelf life of 6 months from date of manufacture if stored in unopened, undamaged, sealed containers and stored under good conditions.
