Ultra rapid drying floor screed binder
DCP Ultrascreed Binder is a proprietary, fibre reinforced screed binder based on high alumina cement used for creating ultra rapid drying and high strength floor screeds. Screeds produced with DCP Ultrascreed Binder can be walked on after just 3 hours, and can receive tiled floor finishes after just 4 hours irrespective of thickness. Soft floor finishes, wood and vinyl can be applied after 48 hours. DCP Ultrascreed Binder is suitable for use with underfloor heating systems.
DCP Ultrascreed Binder can be used to create bonded, unbonded and floating screeds in internal applications where a rapid return to service or handover is required. Typical uses include commercial and residential projects such as schools, supermarkets and offices
