Repcoat® N
One component water based acrylic anti carbonation coating
Repcoat N is an acrylic microporous coating system exhibiting excellent resistance to attack from carbon dioxide, chlorides and acid rain, with exceptional
weathering resistance.
Repcoat N provides a smooth protective, decorative coating for concrete and other masonry surfaces. For effective anti-carbonation protection a two-coat treatment is recommended after the application of Repcoat N diluted with water 10% by volume as a primer.
The product is formulated to give a tough and coloured coating to a wide variety of substrates. A textured finish may be obtained if required.

Repcoat N: 0.13 – 0.16 litre/m² per coat to achieve 60 - 75 microns dry film thickness.
Repcoat N is available in 20 litre drums.
Repcoat N have a shelf life of 12 months from date of manufacture if stored in proper conditions and sealed drums.
Repcoat N complies with the requirements of BS EN 1504- 2 for principles 1.3, 2.2 and 8.2.
