Donplast® ES500W
Plasticizing admixture for manufactured concrete products (Formerly known as Hyperplast ES500W)
Donplast ES500W is a chloride free, premium quality plasticizing admixture based on polycarboxylic polymers with selective additives which are especially formulated for machine-made (dry-cast) concrete products.
Donplast ES500W can significantly assist in the production of more uniform and consistent quality concrete products.

Donplast ES500W is suitable for use in the following applications:
- Dry cast concrete.

Donplast ES500W is available in 5 gal (19 litre) containers as well as 275 gal (1,041 litre) IBC totes. Bulk supply in tanker trucks is also available upon request.
Donplast ES500W has a shelf life of 12 months from date of manufacture if stored at temperatures between 35 ˚F and 122˚F (2°C and 50°C).
The recommended dosage of Donplast ES500W is 8 to 38 fl oz/100 Ib (520 - 2478 ml/100 kg) of cement or cementitious materials in the mix including GGBFS, PFA or micro-silica.
Representative trials should be first conducted to determine the optimum dosage of Hyperplast ES500W to meet the performance requirements by using the materials and conditions in actual use.
Donplast ES500W complies with the requirements of Specification for Chemical Admixture for Concrete ASTM C494 as a Type S admixture.
