Supplied Products:
Concrete Admixtures

Task at Hand

The Haram Mataf in its third expansion will accommodate more worshippers and increase its capacity of the Mataf area. The project requires the provision of the right concrete mixture that functions within a low water cement ratio W/C of 0.23 to produce high strength concrete of 100 MPa cylinders with the right flowability, low permeability, and hence improved durability. Low concrete viscosity is necessary to ensure more flowability without causing bleeding and segregation of the concrete components which guarantees a more uniformity of the concretemixture. This also demands that the mixture should enjoy a non-air entrained concrete mixture not exceeding 1.5%.

DCP SOLUTION

DCP produced Hyperplast PC 600 admixture that served the targeted flowability of the mixture without causing bleeding or segregation in the mixture components. It was through Hyperplast PC 600 that the compressive strength reached 120 MPa cylinders at 28 days.
