Jaipur Metro Project C-2

Jaipur Metro Project C-2 is considered one of the fastest metro projects implemented in the world. High performance structural grouts, repair systems, protective coatings  and admixtures that make a faster and stronger building were highly required by this project. 

DCP supplied several products that are of great value for purposes of finishing and maintenance.

Some of these products such as Formcoat S100, Flo-Grout 60, Set Lube and PPF Fiber exceeded the client’s expectations.

In order to improve concrete finish, DCP delivered Formcoat S100 which is a release agent appropriate for most types of formwork.

In addition, it has multiple advantages that enhance the usable life of the formwork.

PPF Fiber was used within the concrete mix, to control shrinkage cracks and act as an alternative to traditional crack control steel mesh.

Flo-Grout 60 is a general purpose non-shrink chloride free cementitious grout with high early strength that provided a solution to all pumpable and pourable requirements in applications such as stanchion bases, struts, railings, guardrails, filling of shutter rod openings and anchoring of the bars and bolts.

Set Lube is a product formulated specially to act as a primer for concrete pumps, and pipelines before concreting by creating a thin lubrication film inside these elements in order to reduce friction and prevent blockages.
