Flocrete W65
High performance permeability and absorption reduction admixture for watertight concrete
Flocrete W65 is a liquid concrete admixture formulated from selected organic materials specially designed to produce hydrophobic properties and a plasticizing effect when mixed with concrete. These hydrophobic materials will repel external water and reduce the permeability of concrete.

- Provides concrete protection throughout the concrete depth.
- Chloride and bitumen free.
Flocrete W65 can be used for any concrete structure where water tightness is required, such as:
- Basement walls and floors.
- Foundations, piles and pile caps.
- Water retaining structures such as swimming pools, water tanks and reservoirs.
- Concrete structures near marine environment.
- Waste water treatment and desalination plant.
Flocrete W65 is available in 25 litre pails, 210 litre drums and 1000 litre bulks supply.
Flocrete W65 has a shelf life of 12 months from date of manufacture if stored at temperatures between 2°C and 50°C.
The recommended dosage of Flocrete W65 1.0 – 2.25 litre per 100 kg of cement or cementitious materials in the mix including GGBFS, PFA or micro-silica.
Representative trials should be first conducted to determine the optimum dosage of Flocrete W65 to meet the performance requirements by using the materials and conditions in actual use.
Flocrete W65 complies with the requirements of EN 934-2, Table 9.
