Bituproof 100 is black/brown emulsified bitumen liquid reinforced with rubber, acting as damp-proof, vapour barrier and protective coating for concrete and masonry.

- Resists attack by chloride and sulphate ions present in ground water.
- Applied by brush which makes it easy to use.
- Economical.
- Water base has no solvents.
- Asbestos free.
- Does not rot.
Bituproof 100 provides a protective coating and vapour barrier for the following:
- Under ground concrete foundations.
- Concrete and masonry block walls.
- Walls below cladding systems.
3 - 5 m²/litre, depending on surface roughness.
Bituproof 100 is available in 18 and 200 litre drums.
Store away from direct sunlight, and protect from freezing.
Bituproof 100 has a shelf life of 12 months from date of manufacture if stored in proper conditions.
- Bituproof 100 complies with ASTM D1227-95, Type II, Class 2.
- Bituproof 100 complies with ASTM C309-93 when applied with two coats at a rate of 2 m²/litre.
