Monoseal WB
Water based high performance acrylic concrete sealer
Monoseal WB is a clear, water-base acrylic emulsion designed to seal and dustproof interior and exterior concrete floors, decks, and masonry surfaces in light to medium duty trafficable areas.
Monoseal WB - Glossy is a specially formulated grade of Monoseal WB that provides a glossy finish for the substrate.

Monoseal WB is used to seal and dustproof new and old concrete substrates in low to medium duty trafficable areas such:
- Storage warehouses.
- Industrial and commercial floors.
- Walkways.
- Other areas subjected to regular foot traffic or rubber wheeled equipment.
Moreover, Monoseal WB can be also used to seal vertical surfaces such as concrete walls and columns or masonry surfaces. It can be used as a sealer and dustproofer over Cemflow range of cementitious floor toppings from DCP.
The coverage rate is 35 m2/5 kg pack/coat to achieve dry film thickness of 50 microns/coat.
Monoseal WB is available in 5, 25 and 200 litre drums.
Store in a dry area out of direct sunlight at temperatures between 5°C and 35°C.
Monoseal WB has a shelf life of 12 months from date of manufacture if stored in dry conditions in original unopened packs.
Monoseal WB complies with ASTM C1028.
