Proplast PS
Acrylic modified plaster for EPS/XPS insulation boards and moldings
Proplast PS is a two-component, acrylic-modified plaster specially developed for coating EPS/XPS foam insulation boards and moldings during their manufacturing process.
Once Proplast PS cures, it forms an extremely durable and impact resistant surface over the foam boards, that does not require fiberglass mesh for reinforcement.

Proplast PS is used to coat/plaster EPS/XPS insulation boards during their manufacturing process, and can be used in many indoor and outdoor applications, including ETICS/EIFS systems as well as coating of architectural foam shapes for residential and commercial construction.
Approximately 1.3 kg/m² to achieve 1 mm thickness.
Proplast PS is supplied in 25 kg kit (20 kg powder and 5 kg liquid).
Proplast PS has a shelf life of 12 months from date of manufacture if stored in dry conditions at temperatures between 5oC and 40oC in original unopened packs.
