Setseal FLX Extra is a two component polymer modified cementitious, highly elastomeric and flexible waterproof coating for roofs and wet areas.

Setseal FLX Extra is available in 25 kg pack.
Setseal FLX Extra has a shelf life of 12 months from date of manufacture if stored at temperatures between 5°C and 35°C.
- Setseal FLX Extra is suitable for use in contact with potable water when tested in accordance to BS 6920.
