Aquathane R100 Black
High-performance polyurethane liquid membrane for waterproofing of wet rooms and non-exposed applications
Single component low solvents polyurethane coating that cures by reacting with the humidity in the atmosphere to form an elastic strong film with excellent adhesion to different substrates.
The product is based on elastomeric hydrophobic polyurethane resin with a special filler that provides the material with excellent waterproofing performance for wet areas, substructures and any application not exposed to UV.
The excellent rheology of Aquathane R100 Black allows an easy application process even on vertical surfaces.

- Excellent service temperatures between -40 up to 60˚C.

- Breathable so as there is no accumulation of humidity under the coat.
- Non-toxic after full cure.
Waterproofing and protection of:
- Flat roofs under tiles or screed.
- Irrigation channels.
- Verandas and balconies (under protection).
- Bathrooms.
- Foundation walls.
- First coat: minimum of 0.7 - 0.8 kg/m².
- Second coat: minimum of 0.7 - 0.8 kg/m².
- Total consumption: minimum of 1.4 - 1.6 kg/m².
Aquathane R100 Black is available in 25 kg packs.
Aquathane R100 Black has a shelf life of 12 months from date of manufacture if stored in the original unopened pails at temperatures between 5°C and 25°C.
Aquathane R100 Black complies with ASTM C836 and EN 1504-2.
