Bituproof FLX Plus is a highly flexible water based bitumen waterproof coating modified with acrylic polymers, formulated from selected raw materials to form a high build elastomeric waterproof and protective coating for concrete and masonry.

- Elastomeric will bridge minor cracks which may occur in concrete substrates.
- Extremely high elongation.
- Excellent adhesion to a wide range of substrates.
- Resists attack by chloride and sulphate ions present in ground water.
- Solvent free, non-flammable.
- Asbestos free.
- Rot resistant.
- Remains flexible even at low temperatures.
Bituproof FLX Plus provides a waterproof coating for:
- Retaining walls.
- Foundations and basements.
- Wet areas (Under Tiles).
- Repairs of existing bitumen surfaces and membranes.
- Shaded or tiled roofs.
- 3 - 5 m2/litre per coat, as protective coating.
- 0.8 - 0.85 m2/litre per coat, as waterproof coating giving a dry film thickness of 750 microns per coat. Two coats recommended.
Bituproof FLX Plus is available in 18 and 200 litre drums.
Bituproof FLX Plus has a shelf life of 12 months from date of manufacture if stored at temperatures between 5oC and 40oC.
Store away from direct sunlight, and protect from freezing.
Bituproof FLX Plus complies with ASTM C309 as a curing compound when applied with two coats at a rate of 4 m2/ litre per coat.
