Cemflow Primer is a high quality, water-based styrene acrylic copolymer emulsion formulated to seal interior and exterior concrete and masonry surfaces, providing strong adhesion between fresh cementitious systems and hardened substrates.

Cemflow Primer is used as sealer/primer for new and existing concrete and masonry substrates.

When diluted at a ratio of 1 part Cemflow Primer to 5 parts water, coverage is approximately 30 m²/litre.
When diluted at a ratio of 1 part Cemflow Primer to 3 parts water, coverage is approximately 20 m²/litre.
Note: Coverage will vary depending on substrate texture, porosity and application method.
Cemflow Primer is available in 5 and 25 litre packs.
Cemflow Primer has a shelf life of 6 months from date of manufacture if stored in dry conditions at temperatures between 5oC and 25oC, in original unopened packs and under good conditions.
