Cemflow Topping
Industrial grade floor topping
Cemflow Topping is a self-smoothing, dimensionally stable, and fast drying industrial grade floor topping designed for upgrading and renovating new and existing internal floors. Cemflow Topping is supplied as a pre-blended dry powder designed for application between 5 mm to 15 mm (in one application) to provide a finished industrial floor. Typically, Cemflow Topping can be pumped up to 1500 m² per day.
Coverage of 600 m² can be achieved when hand applied, dependent upon manpower and equipment used. To ensure that the surface is fully sealed, it is recommended that Cemflow Topping is sealed with two coats of water based Strongcoat WD for a semi-matt finish and pigmentation if required. If a matt finish is preferred, it is recommended to seal the surface with Cemflow Sealer

Cemflow Topping is suitable for use in a wide range of industrial environments such as warehouses, food processing plants etc. subjected to medium to heavy traffic. It is suitable for application onto a wide range of subfloor types, including; sand and cement screeds, concrete, terazzo, granolithic, epoxy and polyurethane resins and waterproof membranes.
A 25 kg bag using 4.75 litres of clean water will yield approx. 15.0 litres.
A 25 kg pack of Cemflow Topping will cover approximately 3.0m2 at 5 mm thickness.
25 kg paper sacks.
Protect from frost and store under dry warehouse conditions at a temperature between 10°C and 30°C.
6 months in unopened bags and stored under good conditions.
