Strongcoat TC Primer
Primer for the Strongcoat and Griptop ranges
Strongcoat TC Primer is a two-pack, solvent free, epoxybased primer for use with the Strongcoat and Griptop range of surface toppings.
Strongcoat TC primer can be used where the RH of the substrate is greater than 75%. Strongcoat TC Primer is applied by brush, roller or squeegee in one or two coats depending on the texture, porosity and evenness of the surface being primed.
Strongcoat TC Primer is used as a prime coat to aid improving adhesion of subsequent epoxy layers. One or two coats should be applied depending on the surfaces’ porosity.
Approximately 5 m²/kg per coat at 200 microns per coat.
Important: This coverage figure is based on application to a smooth dense surface. Coverage figures will vary according to the texture, porosity and evenness of the surface on which the Strongcoat TC Primer is being applied.
Strongcoat TC Primer is available in 5 kg kits.
Store at temperatures between 5°C and 40°C.
Strongcoat TC Primer has a shelf life of approximately 18 months if stored in unopened containers and under good conditions.
