Cemflow Rapid Water Based
One component, rapid drying, damp-proof membrane
Cemflow Rapid Water Based Damp Proof Membrane is a one component, solvent free, ready to use, damp-proof membrane that dries rapidly to provide a waterproof surface membrane. It is blue pigmented to allow for uniform application and coverage.
It is specially designed to be applied by roller in a minimum of two coats to suppress the passage of residual construction moisture and rising dampness from affecting the installation of subsequent floor coverings, and enabling early installation of floor coverings in fast track building programs.

It is designed to be applied to isolate residual construction moisture where relative humidity values are up to 95%.
It should be applied in a minimum of 2 coats at 3.3 m²/kg per 2 coats for up to 95% RH.
6 kg will cover approximately 20 m² when applied in two coats.
The product is available in 6, 12, 18 kg packs.
It has a shelf life of 12 months from date of manufacture if stored at temperatures between 2°C and 30°C in original unopened bags.
