Cemairin Block E50 is a liquid concrete admixture formulated from selected organic materials specially designed to enhance the physical properties and overall appearance of manufactured concrete product.
Cemairin Block E50 inhibits the formation of excessive water-soluble salts that are known to cause efflorescence on the surface of concrete products. It also plasticizes the concrete mix aiding in the zero-slump manufacturing process.
Cemairin Block E50 is used to provide colour enhancement and efflorescence control to manufactured concrete product such as concrete paving stones, segmental retaining wall units (SRW), architectural concrete masonry units and concrete bricks.
Cemairin Block E50 is available in 5 gal (19 litre) containers as well as 275 gal (1,041 litre) and 330 gal (1,249 litre) IBC totes. Bulk supply in tanker trucks is also available upon request.
The guidance dosage of Cemairin Block E50 is 5 - 35 fl oz/100 Ib (325 - 2280 ml/100 kg) of cement or cementitious materials in the mix including GGBFS, PFA or micro-silica.
Representative trials should be first conducted to determine the optimum dosage of Cemairin Block E50 to meet the performance requirements by using the materials and conditions in actual use.
