Donplast® ES1000
Plasticizing admixture for manufactured concrete products
Donplast ES1000 is a chloride free, premium quality plasticizing admixture based on polycarboxylic polymers with selective additives which are especially formulated for machine-made (dry-cast) concrete products.
Donplast ES1000 is specially formulated to improve the manufacturing efficiency, consistency, and visual appeal (swipe) of dry-cast concrete products.

Donplast ES1000 is suitable for use in the following applications:

Donplast ES1000 is available in 5 gal (19 litre) containers as well as 275 gal (1,041 litre) IBC totes. Bulk supply in tanker trucks is also available upon request.
Donplast ES1000 has a shelf life of 12 months from date of manufacture if stored at temperatures between 35˚F and 122˚F (2°C and 50°C).
The recommended dosage of Donplast ES1000 is 3 to 20 fl oz/cwt (195 - 1300 ml/100 kg) of cementitious materials in the mix including GGBFS, PFA or micro-silica.
