Industrial grade floor topping
Cemflow Topping is a self-smoothing, dimensionally stable, and fast drying industrial grade floor topping designed for upgrading and renovating new and existing internal floors.
Cemflow Topping is supplied as a pre-blended dry powder designed for application between 195 mils to 785 mils (5 mm to 20 mm) (in one application) to provide a finished industrial floor. Typically, Cemflow Topping can be pumped up to 16145 ft² (1500 m²) per day. Coverage of 6455 ft²
(600 m²) can be achieved when hand applied, dependent upon manpower and equipment used..

Cemflow Topping is suitable for use in a wide range of industrial environments such as warehouses, food processing plants etc. subjected to medium to heavy traffic.
It is suitable for application onto a wide range of subfloor types, including sand and cement screeds, concrete, terrazzo, granolithic, epoxy and polyurethane resins and waterproof membranes.
A 50 lb (22.7 kg) pack using 1.1 US gal (4.25 liters) of clean water will yield approximately 3.6 US gal (13.5 liters).
A 50 lb (22.7 kg) pack of Cemflow Topping will cover approximately 29 ft² (2.7 m²) at 195 mils (5 mm) thickness.
50 lb (22.7 kg) paper sacks.
Protect from frost and store under dry warehouse conditions at a temperature between 50oF and 86oF (10oC and 30oC).
6 months in unopened bags and stored under good conditions.
