Hyperplast ES500W
Premium quality plasticising admixture for concrete masonry products
Hyperplast ES500W is a chloride free, premium quality high range water reducing admixture based on polycarboxylic polymers with selective additives which are especially formulated for factory-line concrete production such as concrete blocks and bricks.
Hyperplast ES500W can significantly assist in the production of a more uniform and consistent quality mixes in factory-line concrete products, it can be also used for light weight concrete production.

Hyperplast ES500W can be successfully used in the following applications:

Hyperplast ES500W is available in 25 litre jerrycan, 210 litre drums and 1000 litre bulks supply.
Hyperplast ES500W has a shelf life of 12 months from date of manufacture if stored at temperatures between 2°C and 50°C.
The guidance dosage of Hyperplast ES500W is 0.4 - 4.0 litre per 100 kg of cementitious materials in the mix, including GGBFS, PFA or microsilica.
Trials should be conducted to determine the optimum dosage of Hyperplast ES500W to meet the performance requirements by using the materials and conditions in actual use.
Hyperplast ES500W complies with ASTM C494 Type, F and E depending on dosage used.
