High performance, multipurpose acrylic resin based concrete curing compound
Setseal A90 is a single component, high solids acrylic resin based curing compound designed to impregnate concrete surfaces combining the benefits of a curing compound, hardener and sealer.
Setseal A90 is designed to overcome drawbacks of many commonly used curing membranes that tend to provide a limited service life following the curing period of new concrete. It is designed to retain sufficient moisture to ensure full hydration of the cement providing more than 90% curing efficiency, it has good abrasion resistance and it is compatible with several types of coatings.

Setseal A90 is mainly used for newly cast concrete and cementitious surfaces to retain sufficient moisture to ensure full hydration of the cement. Typical application areas include:
- High rise construction to eliminate water curing.
- Runways and roads.
- Roof decks.
- Retaining walls.
- Irrigation canals.
- General floor slab and columns.
- All Cement based coloured plasters.
The recommended coverage rate is 5 - 7.5 m² per litre.
Setseal A90 is available in 5, 25 and 200 litre drums.
Store in dry area out of direct sunlight at temperatures between 5°C and 35°C.
Setseal A90 has a shelf life of 12 months from date of manufacture if stored in proper conditions in un-opened drums.
Setseal A90 complies with ASTM C309 as Type I and II, Class A and B and will give 90% or more curing efficiency according to BS 7542:1992.
