Gripdeck® Flexcoat SL
Self-smoothing, hard wearing, flexible floor coating
Gripdeck Flexcoat SL is a two-component, solvent- free, polyurethane based flexible floor topping that provides
floor surfaces with a seamless, hygienic, semi-gloss finish. It can be supplied in a variety of colours (consult our Sales Department for details).
Gripdeck Flexcoat SL is specially designed to be applied between 2 and 4mm. The flexible nature of the system
allows it to be installed on new or existing concrete, some asphalt, wood and steel surfaces.
Fast installation of Gripdeck Flexcoat SL leads to minimized downtime, with high performance product that
cures to provide a durable and hard-wearing surface with good chemical resistance.

Gripdeck Flexcoat SL is used to provide a hygienic, and hard-wearing surface for concrete floors for a wide range
of applications such as:

Gripdeck Flexcoat SL: Approximately 3.4 kg/m² to achieve 2 mm dry film thickness when applied to a sealed surface.
Coverage is dependent on surface profile, texture, and substrate temperature.
Strongcoat Primer: Approximately 4m²/kg at 200 microns per coat.
Important: This coverage figure is based on application to a smooth, dense surface. Coverage figures will vary according to the texture, porosity and evenness of the surface on which the Strongcoat Primer is being applied.
Gripdeck Flexcoat SL is available in 20 kg packs.
Strongcoat Primer is available in 5 kg and 10 kg kits.
Gripdeck Flexcoat SL has a shelf life of 12 months from date of manufacture if stored in dry conditions at temperatures between 10°C and 25°C. in original unopened packs. Do not expose the product to freezing conditions.
Gripdeck Flexcoat SL complies with EN 13813, SR-B2.0-AR1.0-IR10.
