Gripdeck® HB UVR
Aliphatic polyurethane-based sealer for vehicle decking systems
Gripdeck HB UVR is a two-component, flexible polyurethane sealer that provides UV resistance, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor vehicle decking systems. It cures to form a seamless, durable, and resilient semi-gloss coating that is designed to provide effective
protection and sealing for car park surfaces.

Gripdeck HB UVR is primarily used as a UV-resistant topcoat within the Gripdeck Vehicle Decking Systems range. Gripdeck HB UVR is designed for application in different areas of car parks, such as:
- Ramps and turning circles.
- Traffic aisles and parking bays.
- Pedestrian walkways.
The typical coverage of Gripdeck HB UVR is approximately 0.27 kg/m² per coat, achieving a dry film thickness of 200 microns per coat.

Gripdeck HB UVR is available in 20 kg kits.
Gripdeck HB UVR has a shelf life of 12 months from date of manufacture if stored off the ground in un-opened packs and under cover at temperatures between 10oC and 30oC in a dry store, out of direct sunlight. Protect from frost.
