Monoseal

High solids acrylic floor and wall sealer and curing compound

Monoseal is a high solids acrylic based floor and wall sealer. Monoseal is dustproof, resistant to penetration of oils and liquids and is easy to clean. The product is ideal for use in warehouses, garages, car parks, drive ways and sidewalks, walls and columns and industrial floors.

Monoseal is also used as a curing compound and sealer for freshly placed concrete to retain sufficient moisture to ensure full hydration of the cement, while providing excellent adhesion to a variety of plasters and coatings.

Monoseal can be used as “look enhancer” of natural stone and decorative plasters and coatings.

Coverage

The coverage rate is 8 - 10 m²/litre, depending on concrete porosity.

Note: It is advisable to avoid over spreading of Monoseal on substrates.

Packaging

Monoseal is available in 5, 25 and 200 litre drums.

Storage

Store in dry area out of direct sunlight at temperatures between 5°C and 35°C.

Monoseal has a shelf life of 18 months from date of manufacture if stored in proper conditions and unopened packs.

Standards

Monoseal complies with ASTM C309, Type I, Class A and B, and ASTM C1315, Type I, Class A.
